[FedCom] 169.45 Activity?

Used by Customs at many airports, was here in Atlanta until a couple years ago when they switched
to 169.4xxx (I think .4125, but dont have my notes with me right now). When they used 169.45, it
was a fairly strong repeater, but after they switched, it seems to be a lower power repeater, so
maybe now it just serves Hartsfield.
