[FedCom] 169.45 Activity?

You beat me to the keyboard James. I listened to a testamonial that was 
being held at a Country Club about 1/8 mile from my house. All the wireless 
mikes were on 169.450. Caught me by surprise at first because I have this 
listed as a federal frequency.
