[FedCom] 169.45 Activity?

Technically the allocated frequency for the wireless mics is 169.445 MHz,
but close enough in this case...

On the other side of the coin, I recall at the last Grove / Monitoring
Times get together in Atlanta, one of the wireless mic setups was getting
clobbered by DES transmission from the Customs repeater at Hartsfield
Airport on - you guessed it - 169.450 MHz!
