169.4500 Mhz is the

Former U.S. Customs [Mt. Greylock]
now known as U.S. Customs and Border Protection

A-07 Tac-02 Car/Car in Simplex
A-08 Net-02 Repeater

Since Customs converted 165.2375 Mhz to P-25 in Boston a few Months ago,
maybe they are
finally getting to the Alternate Repeater sites.
