138.325 is not a repeater, but a paging transmitter.

141.425 Simplex transmission in analog.  Female with no ID reporting that "they are still using the building"
141.925 Simplex transmission in analog with no ID "down to one car tonight, will not need any airspace"

Some sort of data transmissions on the above 137 MHz freqs. with a "sonar blip" every two seconds.  Transmissions in three to five minute time-frames.
