[FedCom] WMass 164.65 Digital Update

US Secret Service --  Interestingly in the immediate Springfield MA area it 
appears that this operates as a remote base simplex (Mt Tom Holyoke?). 
However, today I noted while on Route 32 in Ware (about 15 miles east of 
Springfield) it was operating in repeater mode since there was a unit 
signing off in North Andover.  I'd suspect that the repeater is on Mt 
Wachusetts (Paxton), due to signal coverage...    Anyone else monitoring 
this frequency in Massachusetts with some comments?
