Had 166.4625 active midday with surveillance, I believe 
in Manhattan. One party asked that OMAHA be briefed 
on previous night's and current activity.

First picked up at about 1PM local, at 230PM local it 
was stated that OMAHA was leaving. 

At 330PM local, OMAHA on this freq advising off LaGuardia, 
and they headed to City Island area of the Bronx. Finally got 
a full callsign of OMAHA 23, but it seemed (I'm unsure) that 23 
was a replacement aircraft, taking over for OMAHA 48, which 
apparently was the first OMAHA heard earlier. 48 headed for 
Islip (Long Island airport). 



At 4PM local, had 169.45 active with GOLF 1116 calling GOLF 1108. 



164.8125 active around 430PM local with a couple of guys with REAL 
southern drawls. Brief, no meaningful traffic caught. 



164.8125 active again at 655PM local, with traffic that suggested USPS 
trucks coming and going in New Jersey.
