Hi Chris,

Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything on that
frequency since then. One fact that I forgot to
include in the original message is that the techs
mentioned a UHF channel which I wasn't able to find.

I will monitor the Los Angeles Regional Tactical
Communciations testing this Tuesday and will let you
know if 172.7375 is used. FYI, the testing is done in
analog/clear; 172.7375 was heard in digital/clear
mode.

Did you ever catch any more on this post from
September 29th?

I ask because the Department of Justice was supposed
to set up two VHF
repeaters for use as part of the Los Angeles Regional
Tactical
Communciations System ( http://www.lartcs.org/ ). This
frequency could very
well be one of these two new frequencies.
