I'm VERY surprised that CAP hasn't set up some sort of frequency "sharing"
arrangement, where CAP could use MARS radio repeater frequenices in areas
that CAP doesn't have good coverage in. I also think that MARS radio
operators could be a great source for communications. With the emphasis on
"jointness" it would seem very logical to get MARS & CAP involved,
especially in the radio communications area......
