General location: Southwest MO. Civil Air Patrol radio testing in P25 clear mode. So far the repeater has stayed "keyed up" for about 15 minutes with no time out. All I am hearing on my BCD396t is "testing 1,2,3,4,5" and then nothing else. Maybe they are programming all of the radios. Signal500
