Are you saying that all the personnel at SFO wearing TSA uniforms are not
TSA employees? What I saw and heard at SFO was uniformed TSA personnel at
the passenger screening area using the UHF MERS frequencies and not the TSA
VHF frequencies used at almost every other airport in the country. That was
unusual to me...

If you are referring to the September 2006 column about the Department of
Energy Motorola system, I developed those frequencies from my own monitoring
and some info supplied by others. I have not done anything about the Groom
Lake EDACS system, mainly because I have no accurate information. If some of
the info that was submitted to me came from Radio Reference, I was not aware
of it. I always offer to credit the source of anything given to me for
publication.
By all means if there are some errors in my lists, please don't hesitate to
let me know. I strive for accuracy in my columns!
