SFO has always been under contract, though I believe the contract 
company has changed at least once.

I just made a pass through the Nellis ranges, and will update my own 
list soon. I no longer make submissions to radioreference, since 
somebody else keeps submitting wrong information. It is just a waste of 
time. I haven't published the data online, though I suppose I could.

What cracks me up on radio reference is the location of the DOE 
transmitters. Some of the sites can be visited since they are off the range:

That is the warm springs site. Here is the Brock Mountain site:

The is another DOE site in the Sheep Range. I haven't done that hike, 
but it is on the list. We're talking 4000ft elevation change in that hike.

Radioreference is a starting point, but never expect it to be 100% accurate.
