Hello Gary & The group:

Thanks for the reference Gary; it shows 5 airports participating in this
plan
San Francisco International, Kansas City International (Mo.), Greater
Rochester International (N.Y.), Jackson Hole Airport (Wyo.), Tupelo Regional
(Miss.)], and Sioux Falls Regional Airport (S.D.) applied for participation
in the Screening Partnership Program. See:
http://www.tsa.gov/what_we_do/optout/spp_news.shtm for the individual
contractors websites.

I took a look at the RFP contract documents regarding government furnished
equipment, and I didn't seen any radio systems listed as standard furnished
equipment. Primarily the equipment furnished was baggage & passenger
screening specific type equipment.
Standard "Draft" RFP's can also be found at:
http://www.tsa.gov/what_we_do/optout/spp_rfp.shtm

Perhaps other hobbyists in those four other geographic areas can advise IF
TSA government OR business type frequencies are being used?

Ken
