I have been through Kansas City International and the security screeners
were NOT wearing TSA uniforms but were wearing golf shirts with the
contractor company name. I did not see any radios with the screeners at MCI
(Kansas City International).

Interesting point, Ken. I guess if the TSA was going to supply radios under
the contract, it would say so. But as you pointed out the draft RFP's on the
TSA web site were purposely non-specific...
