[FedCom] IRS CID Action

Jeff I'm going to assume that this activity took place on Tuesday 
(11/14/06)...-- I am too far away to be able to monitor this activity on the 
scanner.    IRS CID has been active in the recent past at a few auto 
dealerships in West Springfield MA (this raid had nothing to do with this). 
Video footage from WWLP TV at that time (July 2006) didn't show any agents 
with portable radios on their person (only some cellphones/pagers) but the 
vehicles appeared to have VHF high band antennas & also had CT plates.
