Well, the VHF would imply they are using the 160 range, but as I have
posted I have had terrible luck with finding federal stuff.  I make it a
point when I travel outside of Detroit to give the 162-174 band a whirl
and 406-420 and I've heard the federal prison near me when conditions are
good, and the FBI involved wiht a chase or drug bust and they were using
just a repeater, and when I was in  Arkansas the smart zone system that
was about 90% encrypted.  If anyone knows of anything I should program in
Detroit though just let me know and thanks in advance.
