Updated Information Re: [FedCom] Civil Air Patrol Transition to New Frequencies

Well Greg, apparently someone in CAP decided to press for repeater 
frequencies authorizations that were close to the current authorizations. 
We don't know what type of antennas CAP is using at repeater sites, mobiles, 
& bases, BUT THEY DO!!!   They've also indicated that some of the vehicles 
that had glass window type antennas would have to replace these antennas 
since they wouldn't work well with some of the new frequenices.
