Hi everyone, I've been home and have been monitoring the federal freqs for
about 45 minutes, and noticed that UPS in Detroit isn't using any kind of
CTCSS on the repeater in Detroit at least.  Also, I've heard two kinds of
encryption.  The one that is DES-OFB and then what sounds like the older
DVP-XL, and not to mention all the Canadian business users as well.  I'm
just surprised about the lack of CTCSS and the variations in encryption.
