[FedCom] US Marshals Service Freqs & Ops

Keep it in there, Jeff. It's still one of the primary US Marshals Service
frequencies nationwide. But don't be suprised if you don't hear too much.

The US Marshals do have access to other state and local law enforcement
channels, so I would be suprised if they didn't have a talk group or two on
the Michigan Public Safety Communications (MPSCS) trunked system...
