Well, htere is no talkgroup for them listed on there, but that doesn't
mean it isn't there.  Most of the federal stuff on MPSCS is encrypted
though.  Do the marshalls use analogue or digital on that 163.200 and
 other frequencies, and if digital is it encrypted.
