Various PLs are used on 163.2000 (including 127.3, 186.2...)I have no PL set
on my scanner to pick up either analog or P25. On average, their comms are
few and far between and most of those are from 2AM-5AM. This is an agency
where sub-divisions, e.g. WPP ops. are kept secret from other intra-agency
personnel.

In Portland, they used to use 163.2/163.8125, but I haven't heard a peep on
163.8125 in forever and last week confirmed it as one of the input
frequencies for the new JIWN system going in here.
163.2 keys up an average of maybe a couple times a week with a 10-7 or
something. But 164.6 has been used extensively over the last year for
surveillance and arrests, in analogue FM!
Also, regarding IRS CID, there used to be (and might still be) a repeater at
a major site up in the West Hills of Portland with DymoLabels on the front
of it - "IRS" - and I can't remember if it was "CID" or "Internal Invest.,"
AND the frequencies - 166.0 output, 167.10 input. But I never heard it key
up ONCE!
