[FedCom] USSS Radios Usage Foreign Countries ?

My experience is that USSS will try to use their stateside frequencies in  
whatever country they find themselves. I reported [in RCMA many years ago!!] a  
case of a trip to Mexico with Ronald Reagan where a Mexican police frequency 
on  an adjacent channel was shut down during a visit. 
 
I believe that on a trip to the UK and Ireland [I don't remember if this  was 
also Reagan] there was one freq. which couldn't be changed so the paging  
freq. was used to send non-urgent messages.
 
At that same time period, US DEA was operating in Guadalajara MX using  the 
regular frequencies. Somewhere I still have tape on that one.
