with a very interesting advertisement / testimonial for a GD secure cell phone used by the Yuba, CA Police Dept. The PD Chief says all the bad guys have scanners - he "can't remember the last time we made a drug raid  where they didnt have a scanner."   

hyperbole maybe, but there are some other gems there too, plus the rest of the site has some good discussion of secure technology and products.
