Lots of information & pictures of the team including some radio equipment in 
use.
Since this is a mobile response team, it's highly doubtful that they have a 
fixed repeater
at the Beverly MA airport.  I would guess that they have a mobile temporary 
repeater
that they could set up at a scene & at times they might set it up at their 
Beverly location
for training.
