[FedCom] re - 163.10R Beverly MA USAR

I have heard the Beverly MA USAR team on 163.10R
several times. One time it sounded like they were
driving big trucks down Rte 128. They were using it on
the morning of the Danvers explosion. 

If it is a temporary repeater, then they obviously
have the capability to put it in operation quickly at
a highlocation that has great coverage in Danvers, and
is easily readable in Arlington (25 miles away).

Everything that I have heard still makes me think they
have a fixed repeater in Beverly MA. Maybe they also
have a fixed repeater on a downtown Boston highrise
which would give them good metro area coverage.
(Beverly is located approximately 30 miles north of
Boston)
