[FedCom] US Marshals Service Freqs & Ops

NLECC [National Law Enforcement Communications Center, was originally 
designed to support
US Customs nationally, when they closed the Regional Sector Offices.

I've never heard any rumor of them supporting the FBI.    DHS agencies under 
CBP or ICE maybe
but not the FBI.
