Ah yes, the claimed "plug-n-play" ACU1000! A marvel of modern
inventors.... plug in your radio resources, create the patch and tah
dah... instant communications! On paper (and in practice) it's a great
little device, some might say a God send, but wait... dispatch consoles
have been doing the same thing for decades! And more often than not, the
"customer" already has a console at their disposal! Thusly, the scenario
begs the question, why spend the money for a new tool that you already
possess? Personal opinion, slick salesmanship! Please, don't get me
started on the precious ACU1000!
