I would think that you would run out of space. The 138-144, 148-150.80 mhz
band has approximately 700 frequencies in that band alone. when you add in
162-174, & 400-420 mhz you would quickly run out of space.... What's the
advantage of programming in the freqs versus the search (bands) mode?
For example with the BC 780XLT, you can chain search various bands together,
it does take a bit of time, BUT it does work. As you find active
frequencies & ID the user you basically just lock it out.
