More iNformation Re: [FedCom] List of unknown frequencies

Seems to me that more information needs to be provided than some list of
"unknown" frequencies. For example was it Digital, Digital/encrypted,
Analog FM, Analog/encrypted, CTCSS/DCS decodeded?. Did it appear that the
radio system was simplex (base to mobile/portable, mobile to mobile, or low
powered portables usage)? repeater output, repeater input? If transmissions
were in the clear, what was the summary of the type of the communications:
formal/informal, unit # used, names used, land marks/building names/numbers,
etc.... Also better locations. Give a major city with 20 miles of you
along with state.

Frankly when I see a list of frequencies without any additional
information-- well is it just a random generated list? IF hobbyists are
actually monitoring they should be able to give some additional information
to the group than just a list of frequencies.
