     Caught an a burst of OTAR - now that I know what it's called
     from reading the list's posts


1519 local - 415.05 - see separate post
      ___ 97 calling ZEBRA HQ's, followed moments later by one
     of the letter/number groups, specifically TANGO 76 102


1620 local - 413.7 - see separate post
     listened for several minutes to these letter/number announcements,
     but this seems to go on all day if you park on the frequency


1700 local - 172.425 - probable FBI - all clear trfc
     surveillance & tailling various parties, locations stated in the clear
     but omitted here, some details indicate this is related to similar
     activity heard several days ago


2041 local - 165.2375 USCS
     NY1431 calls C-100, advises "arrived NDC?/MDC? Brooklyn with
     mileage XX,XXX"

    If MDC, possibly Metropolitan Correctional Center?
