[FedCom] Unknown Frequencies & 413.7

Hello Signal500 and Group,

170.025 is FBI and 170.675 is used by CBP. 

413.7 was posted here a couple of years ago by an
employee of the Postal Service. This was one of the
ten frequencies that the gentleman posted.
