Let me say I've only begun to digest all the info on who's
using what frequency since getting on the list recently, and
I'm reticent to categorize each log as one or anther without
having organized all the previous data, so don't get upset if
I leave most ID's of them off for now.

0921 local / 165.2875 - I believe ATF?
had a databurst similar in sound to OTAR, but its pulse
was like that of a phone ringing, the sound you would hear
after dialing a number and were waiting for the phone to be
     answered.

I'll have to check that audio website again and see if anything
    matches it.

0922 local / 409.4125 -
sounds like trunksys noise, but some drop-off, don't think it
was too close, I get fed data pretty strong here generally,
despite several dozen miles between me & NYC

0931 local / 169.1125 - USPS delivery trucks
Had regular traffic here years ago, haven't checked it until I
hit it in a bandsearch, had a postal truck calling/ working
"Mid-Island dispatch" (Long Island) asking them to get someone
to take out his Babylon, L.I. mail load, as he hadn't left
     Holbrook yet.

0934 local / 416.225 - USPI
Had clear voice, "let me know when ....." "OK"

0937 local / 415.15 -
Had a hit with brief trfc, missed content, but clear voice

1034 local / 167.3875
"_______ appears secure" - had a weak data noise in
background, unsure if on the frequency or simply in the
background where the person speaking was, i.e. another
radio in the area where he was transmitting

1045 local / 409.8125
databursts - very deep in tone, maybe 1.5 to 2 seconds long

1111 local / 172.475 - FBI BRAVO 3
"______ to 1024 on BRAVO 3, how copy?" -- aks for update
on surveillance situation they're involved in

>From 1100 on, there was an ongoing surveillance on FBI 170.825 in
the clear, on & off much of the afternoon & into the evening.

1549 local / 172.525
     DES trfc
