[FedCom] Searching/Channel Plan? Re: Civil Air Patrol

Hello Dave & the group:

Great advice to the masses!!!

I think that the "on the air" scanner "searching" produces the best 
verifiable results & is lots of fun.  I'm sure that folks are going to find 
those CAP freqs either by doing the internet search OR by just "searching" 
when they know that there's CAP activity nearby.

As hobbyists start to search they will be able to determine someonewhat of 
what the actual channel plan is going to be.
