Mid-afternoon, had brief DES on 163.8625 - 
nothing before or since...

Next, mid-evening a single clear voice hit on 163.375...

then, late evening, a lot of concentrated activity within the 
span of 30 minutes, on several frequencies, all DES: 
--167.3875
--167.7375
--172.475
--172.425
--170.825
--167.150

and I would guess all FBI, since several are confirmed as such 
and they were all going at once.
