Eventually, there will be software so that SBS owners can see the SBS
information from other users via the internet.
The torture taxis were detected a few ways, but mostly by spotters on
scene or via the internet using tracking websites. They followed the
planes to military bases on occasion. That is, while the majority of the
torture taxis used IAD and JNX, the planes would land at GTMO, KADW, and
other bases. Any civilian plane landing at a military base gets noticed.
[Note there are routine passenger and freight flight done by civilian
companies such as Polar, Sunset Aviation, Evergreen, etc.]
If you google CALP, you can find the latest civilian aircraft landing
permit list.
