[FedCom] 418.900, 418.975 and 418.750

Very active surveillance in MO on these repeaters and 418.750 simplex.  
Everything is "in the open" and analog.  Cars, house and persons under surveillance 
descriptions.  Every license plate check in the clear.  I know where 
everybody is and who is under surveillance, just like back in the 80's. Usually, 99% 
of the time all the agencies around here are encrypted.  Boy, is this nice for 
a change.
