This is not correct Rod. See below.

Negative Ken. That stuff on that page is old, old and old. The MCEB docs
mentioned on this page are old (this webpage not updated since OCT 2003)
which predates the ref that Ken has been talking about. MCEB-M-149/71 dates
back to when I first went into the military many moons ago.
