[FedCom] CAP P25 Radios & New Frequencies

Thanks Tom -- just over $8 million in equipment. It appears that they
bought the EF Johnson model 5317 mobile radio which is P25Digital/NFM, some
of the others in the 5300 series are just NFM. It doesn't look like they
bought ANY EF Johnson portables yet!!! Be interesting to see (hear!!) if
CAP uses digital on any of their frequencies. I think the repeaters are all
NFM only BUT again perhaps there's some P25/digital capabilities there. I
know that they don't expect the individual members to go out and buy p25
digital capable radios but just to get the NFM compliant ones.
