[FedCom] CAP P25 Radios & New Frequencies

I'd guess those portable are the 5100 series models   HOWEVER, it is 
interesting that there was no press release by CAP and/or EF Johnson that 
they also were buying these radios.

Actually the Texas wing web site has a power point training file
for an EFJ hand held <http://www.txwgcap.org/comm/comm.htm> but it doesn't 
say what model it is.
