Hi Bob and the group.  Keep in mind that when you do a search in Detroit
you have to consider that Canada is right across the river, and they've
allocated things for our federal bands.  It is quite confusing on both VHF
and UHF when I've done searches.  I do remember a few years ago hearing
the FBI chasing someone and it was a repeater and it was analogue and
believe it or not in the clear.
