Coast Guard comms are plentiful, but mostly of the marine  variety, rather 
than Law Enforcement.  As for the others, I hear the old  Customs (now CBP) 
repeaters out of Orlando, but not much else except during  times of unusual 
propagation.   Fortunately my mil monitoring keeps me  content.
