[FedCom] 172.775 - data honk

172.775 had a data honk this morning - same as 163.75
and 170.775 - its a brief honk, maybe half a second,
once every 10 or 20 minutes. I have not had a chance
to check this with 2 different scanners yet, but I
think the honk might sound progressively on one
channel after the other.
