[FedCom] USPS Inspectors

Interestingly today 415.05R (CTCSS 91.5), seemed to be getting some (what 
sounded like) telephone busy signal beeps on it, along with some tones BUT 
no comm heard.   (Sporadic monitoring from my workplace office Palmer MA, 
with BC780XLT/Telescoping Portable Antenna).  Also was trying to figure out 
what repeater site I was monitoring the signal from since I don't think it 
was the Mt Tom Holyoke site.

BTW it's a good idea to check from time to time the US Postal Inspection 
Service website at:
