Finally tracked down the USCG LANT channel being used in Boston Harbor for 
the LNG Escorts.
165.3250 Mhz Repeater, CSQ when not using DVP/DES.

There was no id as to what LANT Channel this might be, but it is not in the 
original plan or what Chris posted
on his blog recently.
