I'd imagine that these are the 5300 series radios (see:

Storage, distribution, & initial programming of the radios probably will
take place at CAP's National Technology Center
(see: https://ntc.cap.af.mil/whatis.htm)
Additionally CAP was authorized $8 million for purchase of new aircraft
(Cessna 172's, 182's, 206's).

BTW ALL the new Civil Air Patrol frequencies are publically available today
with appropriate web searching -- but ya gotta get em quick!!!
