[FedCom] Freq Searh Results in CA

Hello group,

While searching the VHF-hi and UHF fed bands, I found
the following new freqs (to me)and appreciate any help
in identifying them:

411.0000 PL 131.8 - Discussing prisoner transportation
with dispatch.

162.375 PL ?? - Unable to get PL; weak signal, most
likey simplex.

169.0625 PL 136.5 and 151.4 - Two units talking to
each other, one on 136.5PL and the other one on
151.4PL; simplex comms.
