[FedCom] 173.9375 and 418.6250

Although I had a weak signal, I was able to copy a  surveillance/operation
on the above-referenced frequency (analog; in the clear) from a few minutes
after noon until about 2.  Units were giving directions and locations
(nothing that I recognized, even coded) to each other.  Then they saw their
target(?) and one unit asked another "Should I pick him up?".  "Roger".
First names only were used.  Somewhat amusing, one unit instructed another
unit to continue the direction he was travelling.  When asked "why", the
respse was "It's the only way you can go".  DEA Channel 1 (418.6250) was
active again today.  However, all comms were P25 encrypted.
