CAP just spent $4.4 million dollars of taxpayer money to buy their new P25 
radios from EF Johnson. Yes, they stepped up to the government cash cow.

I will deal soon in a separate private message to Denny B. and Ken's 
regarding their comments. Unlike some here I will not resort to any personal 
attacks on or offlist since that was my number one rule when I formed this 
list and remains so today. To Grant, I could not have said it better. Thanks 
you for your words and wisdom.
