Yes, but this list goes into hibernation at times & we do have to talk about
something!!! ;) :) Everyone has opinions... Surely there's a possibility
that some on the list who have some sort of vendetta etc against CAP...
Others just like to chime in because that's what they ALWAYS do.

Federal (and military) frequencies in use & their specific usage are
primarily verified by active on the air scanner radio monitoring & using the
scanner in the "search mode". For the most part finding CAP's frequencies
in use (and their specific purpose) will be a challenge BUT will not be not
be impossible. (and for those willing to perform the "advanced" internet
research, they will actually find the frequencies that CAP will be using).

Even with CAP use of DEA encryption radios or in the future potentially the
use of DHS encryption radios, a signal is still available. Those of us as
part of the "Holy Wise men (and women)" of Fedcom monitoring, using
"advanced" radio monitoring skills should still be able to figure out quite
a bit.

Regarding "Operational Security", NO ONE on this list will defeat it.
However, overall there's ALWAYS going to be someone on a radio system that
will make an error, broadcasting that little bit of information that will
help solve the puzzle. Occurs MOST of the time. That's the way it is....

Ken
