I believe that Radio Reference has already received a letter (dated 2/15/06) 
from the USAF ATEC requesting that all frequency information, including CAP 
frequencies be removed from that website.

I don't think the website owner has made a decision yet on the letter's 
request - and IMHO he's perfectly within his rights to remove or retain the 
information as he desires!
